最近参加了大概10来个中科院的硕转博的PPT报告和统招生专业复试的报告，有一些想法与大家交流一下。
大家都知道中科院博士复试的话需要做一个汇报用的PPT，介绍下自己的情况，很多人做的乱七八糟的，我觉得这个PPT应该是一个思路很明显的东西：
1.介绍下自己，什么学校毕业什么专业，让大家了解你(一页)
2.自己参加过的项目、工程之类的，让人明白你干过些什么(一页)
3.如果论文较多，可以罗列出来，但是报告的时候不要读，带过就行(一页)
4.硕士论文的情况(一页)
5.目前主要干的工作是啥(你如果是应届生，手上一定有一些正在参与的工作)
6.下一步你想干什么(重点)
按照这个思路来的话，基本能描述你过去干了什么，现在在干什么，将来想干什么。
另外作报告的时候，要注意控制好时间，这个很重要的，不要认为报告越详细越好，一定要把握好时间，挑重点讲。因为面试考官看了你的PPT就能知道你做的什么工作，他感兴趣的会来问你的，你不用照着读。要学会强调重点。
还有就是要自己仔细思考和PPT里面写的内容相关联的内容，自己想好可能会问到哪些问题。
在回答面试小组人员的问题的时候，首先要肯定他提出的问题，然后再表达自己的意思，不要一开口就是反对或者一开口就是否定。同时在回答问题的时候要少用下面一些词：我觉得，我想，可能，大概，之类的。会就是会，不会就是不会。你可以直接说目前没有考虑到这方面的因素，我以后会改进。
然后说PPT内容，
1.很多人不介绍自己的教育经历，其实面试的时候通常都是面试小组，除了你报考的导师，大部分的人都不认识你的，你上来就直接说技术方面的，别人都不认识你了解你，到后面也懒得点评你。
2.很多人都是花了大幅篇幅描述自己当前做了多少多少工作，取得了多少多少成就，完全不提将来的研究方向，这几天的面试中，看到大量学生都不写自己以后想干嘛，都是说现在做了什么什么工作，想向导师表达我是一个很努力的人。其实导师更关心你以后想做哪一个方向。
3.关于将来的研究方向，最好能有一个明确的方向，不要太大太泛，也不要太细以至于导师怀疑你是否能有足够的内容毕业。面试的时候有争议其实没有关系，有争议代表着面试小组的老师也考虑过做这方面的内容，现在你提出来的方案可能和他设想的不一样，表示老师对这方面有很大的关注只是一直没有合适的方案或者实施，这就表示你的研究方向是他觉得有作为的。如果你写了一个很全的方向，概括了这方面全部的内容了，导师反倒觉得你什么都写进来你能完成吗?他会怀疑你是否真的想明白过是否自己清楚到底想进行哪一方面的研究。
你可以选择导师以前给你指点的方向，也可以提出自己想做的方向，在提方向的时候，调研一下是很重要的，国内外有没有做过同样的工作，如果没有，你怎么做怎么评价自己做的好不好，如果有做过同样的工作，你在做这方面的研究的意义是什么要想清楚。这方面的装备工作要做足，很多导师喜欢问：你的这个工作有人做过没?这个问题是不能乱回答的，你说没有，他就会给你举例XXX做过这方面的研究的。你说有，就一定要说清楚你的和做过的人的区别。
我很清楚的记得有一个女生的PPT把某一研究方向都写全了，发问的时候没人提问，最后一个老师说：她什么都写进来了，很全了，没什么可以问的。我觉得这就危险了，博士是需要创新点的是需要有可研究的内容的，导师对你的报告都完全不感兴趣了，我想这是真的麻烦了。
自己的报告一定要自己先读懂读明白，把相关的问题多想想，讲的时候不要慌张不要怕，(今天就遇到一个PPT文件出了点问题，然后一紧张就什么都没讲好的)导师也是从学生走过来的，通常不会恶意的为难你的。就算你紧张出现了基础性错误，不要在意，不要去反复纠正，把你想说的说清楚就行，导师真正关心的是你以后的研究计划，看你的提议是否是有参考价值的，你的面试就不会太差。。
